 web ui for samhain #42535

 * for unknown reason, building works ok manual but not inside macports,
 joined main.log
 * got a "FastCGI sent in stderr: \"Primary script unknown\" while reading
 response header from upstream" w nginx/php55-fpm
 * normally, depends on a variant of samhain, how to specify dependency?
 * all web server user (nginx, apache) are nobody on mac, right?
