 As qt4_mac doesn't exist, please replace it with qt4-mac.

 This means you should install vtk5 with the qt4_mac variant (which does
 exists) not the qt4_mac port (which doesn't exist).
 Please try:
 {{{
 $ sudo port clean libpcl
 $ sudo port selfupdate
 $ sudo port install vtk5 +qt4_mac
 $ sudo port install libpcl
 }}}
 In the future please use WikiFormatting and don't set arbitrary keyword or
 milestones. Have a look at the [http://guide.macports.org/#project.tickets
 ticket guidelines].
