 I have three related Portfile updates:

 * gmt: introduce obsolete PortGroup
 * gmt4: 4.5.11 -> 4.5.12, removed patchfiles
 * gmt5: 5.1.0 -> 5.1.1

 Please remove gmt4 patchfiles patch-ps2raster.diff and patch-
 grdvector.diff.
