 So it looks like the short-term solution would be to use the
 `conflicts_build 1.0` PortGroup to add "`conflicts_build autogen`" to the
 gnutls Portfile, while the long-term solution would be getting autogen
 upstream to fix their `autoopts-config` script. It may actually be fixed
 in a newer version if we update it:

 autogen seems to have been updated (port version: 5.17.4, new version:
 5.18.2)
