 The port currently fails to install for the python 3.3 and 3.4 subport.
 This is due to missing `py-mock` dependency (used for testing), which
 currently is not enabled for Python 3.3 and 3.4. see also ticket #42476.

 The immediate solutions are:
 - implementing ticket #42476 as requested;
 - disable test here, at least for Python 3.3 and 3.4 subport;

 Not immediate:
 - wait for upstream solution to use `unitest.mock` instead;
 - patch to implement the above;
