 Actually, it looks like a fix was added to boost in r117769 ... so, do:
 {{{
 sudo port selfupdate
 sudo port upgrade outdated
 }}}
 and you should be able to install GNU Radio (and UHD).

 BTW> You no longer need the +full variant; it is integrated into the
 default install.
