 openmpi-default fails in its compilation due to an error on
 /usr/bin/gnutar being not found.

 The gnutar utility is not installed in /usr/bin at all.  Installing the
 gnutar port and placing a symlink in /usr/bin pointing to
 /opt/local/bin/gnutar allows the port to be built.

 Ideally, the port should either use the non-gnu tar, or use the version of
 gnutar from the port install, with the path to it updated accordingly in
 the configuration.
