 bump to 1.4.5 which is still pretty old

 * still additional patchfiles php ereg_replace deprecated, mysqli usage
 instead of deprecated one
 * add pear dependencies
 * adjust configuration for macports adodb
 * config in examples and activated
 * switch ui_msg to notes
 * add livecheck

 still BUGS: lot of "Strict Standards: Declaration ". wizard works but
 usage not sure.

 not far from abandonned if it continues
