 There is a pinentry implementation, which only depends on MACOSX base
 system libraries under https://github.com/GPGTools/pinentry-mac

 It would be very beneficial to have this project available as another
 variant of the pinentry port.

 The most prominent benefit shoud be, that the PIN window always shows up
 in the foreground. At lest my gtk+2 variant always shows in the
 background, which makes this variant unusable for uninstructed users.
