 A quick test looks like we can just update the version and checksums:

 Also, I'll add myself as a co-maintainer, if Kevin does not mind.

 The GNU Radio port hacks SWIG 2.0.11 to work with C++11.  SWIG 2.0.12 and
 newer (3.0.0 for now) update fixes the C++11 usage in SWIG, so I'll need
 to remove my SWIG hack once this port is updated.
