 Updating version and
 "checksums":http://sourceforge.net/projects/pcb/files/pcb/pcb-20140316/pcb-20140316.cksum/download
 in the Portfile works for me with Mac OS X 10.9.2.

 The new release also resolves an issue with Gerber exports in locales not
 using the dot as decimal separator.
