 As of r117942 (2014-03-17 09:46:00; about 2 days ago now), py*-pyqt4-devel
 is replaced by py*-pyqt4, and PyQt4 is updated to 4.10.4.  Please do:
 {{{
 sudo port clean "py*-pyqt4*"
 sudo port selfupdate
 }}}
 and then try updating or installing PyQt4 again.
