 I'm attaching a patch for upgrading Geant4.9.6 to patch 3.

 The reason why I didn't commit it yet is because I would like to use the
 built-in CLHEP.

 I would like to wait to see if Gate would be patched quickly enough to
 allow using the built-in CLHEP.
