 I'm unclear even after reading the Ticket Guidelines if this is a problem
 or not. Attempting binary install of bibtex2html on 10.9.2 fails b/c there
 is no ghostscript binary available (specifically 9.10_2+11.darwin_13,
 please see below.)  Should I expect this binary install to succeed?
