 According to PEP 453  it should be ensured that "whenever Python is
 installed pip is either installed or is otherwise made readily available
 to end users."

 Unfortunately I was not able to find it, nor was I able to use the
 recommended python -m ensurepip command to get python to automatically
 install it.
