Comment:

 Committed in r118238 with these changes:

  * changed tabs to 4 spaces (this is our standard style and is what the
 modeline claims)
  * rearranged some lines
  * removed custom livecheck, which didn't work; the standard livecheck
 works fine though
  * rewrote master_sites to [wiki:howto/AvoidRedirects avoid redirects]
