 Same issue as before with #41179. The change assumes that the executable
 thinks the wemux conf is in `/etc/wemux.conf`, but this is not the case:

 The path ends up being `/usr/local/opt/local/etc/wemux.conf` instead of
 `/opt/local/etc/wemux.conf`.
