 Note the following line for snmpd executable is incorrect:

 startupitem.executable   ${prefix}/'''bin'''/snmpd -c
 ${prefix}/etc/snmpd.conf 127.0.0.1

 actually snmpd will be installed in  ${prefix}/'''sbin''' instead of
 ${prefix}/bin
