 Eeeeem. Why did you change the port from `clhep cmake` to `clhep`. Did you
 want to change it to `cmake` and removed the wrong one by accident? Or do
 you want to suggest that this isn't CMake's PortGroup problem at all and
 that ports should be fixed instead?
