 SUMO comes with a large number of utility programs and some python
 libraries. The current Portfile does not install these.
 Install utility programs in the MacPorts bin/ directory using a "sumo-"
 prefix and convert program names with underscores to dashes for
 consistency.
 Install python libraries in the python27 library directory used by
 MacPorts borrowing code and techniques from the grass Portfile.
