 Compiles like a charm on 10.9.2 for me.

 Did not actually install the binary, but created a binary archive in
 ''/opt/local/var/macports/software/TrueCrypt''. I don't know if this is
 intentional or a bug. (I solved the problem by manually extracting the tar
 file.)

 I would love to see this in the official ports tree!
