 Please update openjpeg to version 2.1.0.

 Note that livecheck doesn't find this version because
 [https://code.google.com/p/openjpeg/wiki/Downloads?tm=2 hosting has
 changed from googlecode to sourceforge].

 I am hoping that 2.1.0 will contain a libopenjp2.pc pkg-config file (2.0.0
 does not); this file would help me get jpeg-2000 support working in
 imagemagick again (#43599)
