Guessed that and what their has taught me is that I was eating way too
much protein unnecessarily now if I wanted to really increase my strength
an increase my size would definitely need to add probably a third meal in
there somewhere just pump up my calories overall but I and but
[http://zencleanseidle.com/zen cleanse] I believe that you know protein
words I have to Canada admit their protein is overrated and I was just for
years old time here when you eat as much protein as possible to gain
muscle again and I have to Ion you know take that back in just say I was
wrong and I a prelude about a third of the protein that at least saltwater
typical meal and Dominic's like to look like some peoplewanna wait a
second he's eating high-fat like what does that look like yeah I okay all
it varies from day today but this morning I had four eggs and add some
 parmesan cheese and mushrooms and
I cooked in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil and actually had that
with a can of sardines and a when I made my omelet actually I have I am
have pork rinds there a big above them and I crush them up into powder and
then a mix it in line with my arm I they make and comet that had support
friend and I have I use some broccoli asparagus on the side and then a can
of sardines so and I have butter in my coffee in the morning so re looking
at the macronutrient ratio is a cutie jonick diet probably about two to
 one QJ.
