 The build failed on the Mavericks buildslave:

 Error: org.macports.activate for port tagainijisho returned: Image error:
 /Applications/MacPorts/Tagaini Jisho.app/Contents/Resources/qt.conf
 already exists and does not belong to a registered port.  Unable to
 activate port tagainijisho. Use 'port -f activate tagainijisho' to force
 the activation.
 }}}

 So, tagainijisho now provides qt.conf, whereas before, the file was
 installed bypassing the destroot. So we need to remove that file in pre-
 activate if found. Done in r120294.
