 Can some please check in the changes in the attached Portfile.diff for
 pymol and the replacement setup_py.diff and pymol-clang.diff files for me?
 These changes will update the pymol package to the latest stable release
 and compile it with -g for further debugging of this problem with the
 reverted mesa patches. Thanks in advance.
