 Trying to install dolfin on Mac OS X 10.9, it fails with the following
 error:

 I have already port installed boost +mpich, updated the port tree. I read
 through the tickets #43496 and #42306, trying to follow the
 recommendations from them, however it still fails.
 Attached is the log file.
