 This is an update to the latest Pure version, plus some post-release fixes
 to the ATS inlining support (pure-0.64-ats-hotfixes.diff). Also, there's a
 new variant pcre for building with the new Perl regex support. Portfile
 changes for the accompanying pure-docs 0.64 update are also included.
