 Here's a fix that brings orpie up to the latest version. I also removed
 some no-longer-needed patching and disabled building in parallel, since my
 build was periodically failing inexplicably.

 I forgot even I was maintainer of this port. If someone else wants to be,
 feel free to take over maintainership!
