 You mentioned running "upgrade outdated". This implies you're trying to
 upgrade your pre-Yosemite ports. This may not work in all cases. The
 correct upgrade procedure is to instead uninstall all ports, then install
 desired ports. See wiki:Migration for the full instructions.
