 Thanks. Some observations:

  * the master_sites should be rewritten to [wiki:howto/AvoidRedirects
 avoid redirects]
  * please use a specific version of perl, usually perl5.16 (changes needed
 in all the runtime dependencies and the reinplace in the patch phase)
  * use "supported_archs noarch"
