 Routine upgrade from gdal
 @1.11.0_1+expat+geos+odbc+opencl+postgresql93+sqlite3 to gdal
 @1.11.1_0+expat+geos+odbc+opencl+postgresql93+sqlite3 upgrade fails with
 the following message:

 --->  Extracting gdal
 Error: org.macports.extract for port gdal returned: error copying
 "/opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_gis_gdal/gdal/work/gdal-1.11.1/port/cpl_port.h"
 to
 "/opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_gis_gdal/gdal/work/gdal-1.11.1/port/Cpl_port.h":

 I guess this is somehow related to case-preserving file system on OSX.
 How do they solve this problem in the previous version?
