 I performed some tests on my OS X 10.8 machine:

   * pdftk @2.02_0+gcc47  -- seems to work fine
   * pdftk @2.02_0+gcc45  -- builds, but is broken. Gives a `Segmentation
 fault` when used (help shows up)

 Same pattern for the old current version:
   * pdftk @1.44_0+gcc47  -- works
   * pdftk @1.44_0+gcc45  -- broken

 So it seems to be the compiler which generates broken code on my machine.
 So if there is now good point in using gcc45, I would propose to smoke the
 compiler variants completely and use only gcc47, at least for the moment
 as long no newer compiler supports it.
