I'm using a clean installed Mac OS on a new HD.
I was able to install the subversion port without problems.
It went wrong when I tried to install the MacPorts_Framework. I've
attached the log file.

Comment:
Yes, MacPorts_Framework (and Pallet—see #43581) need to be updated to be
compatible with Xcode 5 and later. Garbage collection is no longer
supported by Apple. These projects need to be rewritten to use automatic
reference counting (ARC) instead.
