 Portfile and patches to achieve a build of 3.7.0 attached.

 The two existing patches, ortp.h.patch and patch-coreapi_Makefile.diff may
 be removed.

 Many of these patches in configure alter some -mmacosx-version-min=10.x
 (where x = 5 or 6) to set it to 10.7 … arguably we should actually patch
 to /remove/ that parameter altogether, or to set it according to the
 corresponding deployment target variables as configured in macports (I'd
 need guidance here, I don't know what those variables are!).

 Most of the other patches are trivial, just removing build errors /
 warnings about incorrect casting or unused variables and functions.

 The resulting binaries of linphone and linphonec crash on startup at the
 moment, and so it's certainly worth not updating the existing port just
 yet, until that is fixed!

 Therefore consider this a “work in progress” — any assistance diagnosing
 and fixing the startup crash would be welcome!
