 Since the port is specifically only building the C runtime I suggest
 fetching [http://www.antlr3.org/download/C/ official tarballs] rather than
 using linphone's git repository.
 Also I suggest to move this into devel category since it's a C runtime
 binding.

 Please check the attached Portfile and confirm the libantlr3c/belle-
 sip/linphone chain works.
