 Since Ryan removed the mpi variants in r125939, the dolfin suite has been
 broken. The mpi / compilers port group needs to be updated to work with
 compiler blacklisting but I haven't had the time to do this. I can try to
 work on it this week but can't promise anything. Patches would most
 certainly be welcomed, of course.
