New description:

`py32-numpy` is currently broken after `py32-cython`’s
 [[changeset:127431|move to the python-graveyard]].

Please evaluate whether it is possible to move `py32-numpy` there as well.
There are quite a few packages depending on `py*-numpy`, but none so
explicitly. That doesn't mean that there none, however, as many ports
generate python dependencies automatically from a list of given versions.
