 Interestingly, when I performed the build job with one thread, it
 completed without error. I was then able to successfully install the
 results of the single-threaded build. I did manage to save the log from
 the single-threaded build and will upload it. If you'd like me to test
 anything else, just let me know. I'm happy to help.
