Comment:

 Committed in r128430 with these changes:

  * used github portgroup, thereby fixing the livecheck and insulating the
 port from future changes to github infrastructure
  * made glm a build dependency (not library dependency) since it doesn't
 contain any libraries
  * added pkgconfig build dependency (`configure: error: The pkg-config
 script could not be found or is too old.  Make sure it is in your PATH or
 set the PKG_CONFIG environment variable to the full path to pkg-config.`)
  * added boost build dependency (`configure: error: Boost Base >= 1.46 is
 required. Please see INSTALL`)
