 Strange thing is that the port fetches properly after switching the
 network. But interestingly almost all ports were fetching properly with
 the original network. I wonder what is wrong with our network and this
 particular port file that it is unable to fetch.

 Anyway, problem solved in terms of able to install. Will check up with our
 network people at work why this is happening?
