 Here is a patch to update ccache-devel to the v3.2 tag of the git mirror.

 I am not sure if we want to increase the epoch for this to use the correct
 3.2 as version number as I did in my patch or if we want to go with
 3.2.0-20141117. I leave that decision to the maintainers.
