Comment:

 `gcc43` fixed in r128487.

 `gcc42` apparently does not build on anything newer than Leopard, so I’m
 done here. See #45449 for `apple-gcc42` and `llvm-gcc42`, which I have to
 handle differently due to copyright/licensing concerns.
