 I run a proxy that macports mirrors supposedly use (since the firewall
 setup prevents the main macports mirror from being able to ftp). I see
 some hits in the log file that succeeded and a few failures from an IP
 that wasn't in the list that I was asked to allow (17.251.224.217)

 The proxy currently allows access from 17.251.224.224/28

 let me know if it needs adjusting ...
