 Should we perhaps make a port for [http://opensource.dyc.edu/sthttpd
 sthttpd] instead? thttpd's build system is antique and has problems, and
 since thttpd is apparently considered "done" and is not being developed
 further, perhaps we should go with a more modern fork.
