 Could we get this issue addressed? All mailman pages are affected, for
 example:

 https://lists.macosforge.org/mailman/listinfo/macports-users

 The nonexistent icons being referenced are:

  * /icons/mailman.jpg
  * /icons/PythonPowered.png
  * /icons/gnu-head-tiny.jpg
