 The definitive article on the state of fltk versions seems to be:

 It seems that at this point in time 1.3.x is the only version of fltk of
 any use at all, so we can keep the fltk port at the latest stable 1.3.x
 release and the fltk-devel port at some development snapshot of that
 branch, and not worry about renaming these ports or adding any new ports
 for now.
