Comment:

 Returning structs by value is architecture dependent and sometimes
 problematic. It turned out that the use of C99 complex types can fix the
 problem (cf [[https://github.com/mcg1969/vecLibFort/issues/6|issue 6]] on
 github and my blog
 [[http://www.enomosphere.net/2014/10/05/return_complex_from_c_to_fortran/|post]]).
 Committed in r126238. I was able to build octave +accelerate on ppc.
