 Changeset r126308 implements the following changes:

 * switch to PyPI distribution site
 * update to 2.2.1072
 * use `*-append` keys
 * add license
 * homepage
 * add `py27` subport
 * correct dependencies
 * add livecheck

 For the moment I keep the maintainer, but I filed ticket #45285.
