 You cannot do it yourself. Just leave a comment with the respective
 ticket, which makes clear what should be done about it. You may also
 indicate what is the resolution state.

 Currently, the `cc65` port is not `openmaintainer`. We highly encourage
 non-committers to add it. Otherwise, even trivial changes can take quite
 long. Can I add it?
