 icu4c (icu) has been updated to verison 54.1: http://site.icu-
 project.org/download/54

 I my case the following had to be rebuilt:

      webkit-gtk @2.4.5 +video
      openldap @2.4.39
      texlive-bin @2014 +x11
 }}}

 there are likely others.
